Xaviers XAT entrance exam

Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)

is a popular, prominent and high profile MBA Entrance Test, conducted by Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). XLRI, Jamshedpur is a primordial institute, established to satiate and whet the intellectual appetite of the ever devouring minds of business education seeking newbies and procreate future business leaders out of them. XLRI began its journey in the year 1949. Since then, XLRI has positioned itself as a premier institute for conducting the XAT across the B-school fraternity. XLRI is credited with being the Best College in Asia for HR.

XAT provides the management students a solid base to leverage on the emerging opportunities arising on the MBA horizon. Most CAT exam takers find XAT equally rewarding. The opportunity cost of taking this exam is very low, though the rewards are aplenty. This is mainly because the basics of the preparations for the CAT and XAT examinations remain the same. XAT scores are widely accepted as a selection criterion by 100+ B-schools in India for absorbing the meticulous candidates into various post graduate courses.
