Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH-MBA/MMS CET)
is conducted by Common Entrance Test Cell established by Government of Maharashtra. The computer based exam is conducted for getting an admission into premier institutes in Maharashtra like: Jamnalal Institute of Management Studies, Sydenham Institute of Management Studies Research, K J Somaiya Institute of Management & Research, Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management & Research etc.
MH-CET 2016 Test Pattern:
The test had 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). A correct answer fetched 1 mark & there was no negative marking for an incorrect answer.
A candidate should have passed with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline as recognised by the Association of Indian Universities.
Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply.
Maharashtra State and OMS candidates who have appeared for the CAT / GMAT / CMAT 2015 / MAT (Feb 2015)/ XAT / ATMA / MH-CET are eligible for All India seats subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Such candidates are also required to fill and confirm online application form.
